About CCM Advisors

CCM Advisors, LLC (“CCMA”) serves as the investment advisor to four funds which are a series of the CNI Charter Funds.  CCMA was founded in 2000,  but key professionals of the firm have been involved with the Funds while at other institutions since the inception of the funds in 1988.  CCMA is a wholly-owned by City National Corporation (ticker: CYN) a publicly - held financial services firm with a long term commitment to asset management buiness.

CCMA serves as a manager of managers.  They select sub-advisors to the funds, monitor the asset allocation of the overall fund, and do continuous due diligence on the investment process, compliance and performance of the sub-advisors.
